The Safest I've Ever Felt": A Birthday Session at Miss Mummy's ABDL Nursery

I had the pleasure of visiting the wonderful Miss Mummy on my birthday. This visit had been many years in the making. We first made contact back in 2020, when the world was a much different place and going through a global pandemic. Between 2020 and 2026, we had done a couple of video calls and exchanged numerous messages. Finally, in May of this year, I made the decision to arrange and pay for a session. I originally booked it for the end of June, but later changed it to my birthday.

Upon stepping through the door, I was greeted with a wonderful hug. Even though we'd never met face-to-face, it felt like embracing someone I'd known for a long time, and the hug just felt right. I then went to the living room and sat down with a drink. This gave me time to just relax into the surroundings after the short journey I'd made. Once I was settled and had chosen what I was going to wear, I was guided into the nursery. This is a beautiful space with an amazing cot featuring a canopy.

I was led over to the cot and lay down in it. Then, it was time for Mummy to help me slowly regress through guided breathing, taking me backwards one step at a time until we reached the age that had been agreed upon in the form I'd completed prior. After this stage, Miss Mummy set up a changing table. She gently changed the nappy I had arrived in and put a fresh one on with a booster. The onesie was then gently guided over my head and arms, and I lay down again for Mummy to do up the snaps.

Once done, I was gently lifted, and Mummy led me back into the living room to play with a variety of toys. I started with a set of stacking rings, and then I found a cube featuring different farm animals that allowed you to move the blocks in various ways. At this point, Mummy came back in with a drink for me in a sippy cup and started playing with me. I learned about the letters and numbers on the blocks, as well as the farm animals and the noises they make. Having just turned 3, I found that I got mixed up with some of them, which was fun.

Mummy then showed me her baby dolly and taught me how to take care of it. I fed my dolly a bottle, which made the milk magically disappear, and then I burped the baby and rocked it to sleep. When it woke up, Mummy helped me change its nappy. It was at this point that Mummy changed my own soggy nappy for a second time, with the gentle care of any mother changing her own child.

After playing, Mummy told me it was time for birthday cake. She got me into the highchair

and put a lovely bib on me so as not to get any mess on the onesie. She then went into the kitchen and returned with a lovely chocolate cake and a candle with the number 3 on it. Once it was lit, Mummy sang "Happy Birthday" to me. I blew the candle out and made a wish (we don't say what the wishes are, or they won't come true!).

After this, I was placed back in the cot to relax and play with the cot toy, which was wonderful. Lying under the canopy, I felt the safest I've ever felt in my life. I closed my eyes for a bit and just relaxed in that comfort and security, knowing Mummy was there if I needed her. Mummy came back in and sensed that, instead of going back to the living room, it would be better for us to stay in the cot.

Mummy then read me a wonderful story, which helped me fully revert to being a toddler. After the fun of the story, Mummy went to make a warm bottle of milk. When she came back with it, I was told to just take my time and nurse. The milk somehow tasted incredibly sweet and filling. I've never tasted milk like it before, and having Mummy hold the bottle while my head rested in her lap, listening to her heartbeat, I knew I was safe and didn't want to be anywhere else.

Once the bottle was empty, Mummy proceeded to do some baby massage on my tummy and then sang to me like an angel. The feelings from all this are simply indescribable. The level of peace and happiness I felt during it all was profound. To finish off, Mummy left me in the cot just to savour the moment and gather myself before carefully coming back out into the adult world. When I felt ready, I did just that; I got dressed and met Mummy back in the living room, where she had a cup of tea ready for us to talk about the session and other bits of life.

In conclusion, I have to say this experience was the best thing I have ever done. This was exactly what I was looking for. It offered the regression in the soft environment I wanted and allowed me to access and accept my little side like I'd never done before. Plus, having the experience on my birthday was just the icing on the cake and made it perfect. I am definitely going to be going back.
