Emotional Support ABDL
A Space Where You Are Truly Understood
I am Miss Mummy. And beyond being an Adult Baby Nanny, I am also a trauma-informed mindfulness practitioner with years of experience in mentoring, coaching, mental health first aid, and counseling skills.
I also have a certified understanding of autism and neurodivergence, ensuring that my support is inclusive, attuned, and tailored to different ways of processing the world. My practice is fully insured for coaching, giving you peace of mind that you are in safe and professional hands.
I know how deeply personal your identity as an Adult Baby is. And I also know how isolating it can feel when you have no one to talk to about what it truly means to you.
Maybe you long to express your thoughts, but there’s no one in your life who really understands.
Maybe even during a session, you don’t bring it up—because that’s the time to be a baby, not to talk about it.
Maybe feelings of shame, guilt, or secrecy have made you believe that keeping it all inside is the only option.
But you don’t have to carry this alone.
That’s why I created Emotional Support Sessions—a space where you can be fully seen, fully heard, and supported in the way you deserve.
💙 You are not alone. Many ABDL people experience stigma, shame, or guilt.
💙 You deserve a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts without fear of judgment.
💙 You will be deeply listened to, with warmth, respect, and understanding.
That’s what my Emotional Support Sessions offer. A confidential, compassionate space where you can express yourself without fear of judgment. Where you can be heard, validated, and supported according to your needs.
This isn’t therapy, but it is a professional space for self-exploration, emotional well-being, and acceptance. And if I ever feel that you would benefit from specialist support, I will let you know.
More Than Just a Listening Ear

What My Emotional Support Sessions Are & Are Not
What They Are:
✔ A confidential, compassionate space where you can express yourself without fear of judgment.
✔ A place to be deeply heard, validated, and supported according to your needs.
✔ A professional space for self-exploration, emotional well-being, and acceptance.
✔ A tailored experience that respects your individual journey—whether you need emotional guidance, relaxation techniques, or a safe place to process your thoughts.
✔ Available in English and Spanish—if you'd like to communicate in Spanish, visit www.mundoabdl.com for more details.
What They Are Not:
❌ Not a substitute for medical or psychiatric advice—while I offer deep listening and support, I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
❌ Not a replacement for psycotherapy, or medication.
❌ Not an ABDL play session—this is a space for talking, processing, and emotional support, not roleplay.
❌ Not about telling you what to do—I guide, support, and empower you, but your journey is your own.

I highly recommend scheduling an emotional support session with Miss Mummy first. For many of us, we may be afraid of outside judgement from a partner, therapist, friend, etc. Having an emotional support session was very important for me because I was able to be fully vulnerable about my adult self and my age regression with assured support and understanding. I talked about things that I was hesitant to tell my own therapist, and allowing myself to have this space quite literally took years of shame off of my back. I feel much more confident and sure of myself in my adult life because of this. I would recommend any little speak to her before engaging in play. Thank you Miss Mummy, and I look forward to any future sessions!

We all have our dreams, we all have things that are special to us and we all have times where we need a shoulder, a hug or emotional support. In Miss Mummy you have acceptance, you have understanding and you have someone who not only genuinely and passionately cares but someone who is actually qualified to help.
I needed emotional support and I was fortunate enough to have found Miss Mummy. Through her guidance I have found a new level of understanding of myself and a way to not only really accept and enjoy who I am but also ways to manage the mundane, sometimes scary, adult existence.
Sanctuary for me was to hide myself away but I have been shown that sanctuary is a place within and that expression doesn't need to be confined.
I cannot recommend Miss Mummy enough, she really can help, she really can give you that emotional support and she really can make a difference

I had a wonderful evening yesterday.
At first I was tense again, but after mentioning my paci was calmed immediately. The exercise you gave me really helped me to feel the good feelings of being baby and also the bad.
But it also showed me that the bad feeling can be dealt with, and that it needs room to be there to learn from. You really made me feel about the subject and I thank you for that.

I discovered Miss Mummy during a dark time in my life. I had just had my heart broken. I’m from America, so the online option has been the easiest for me to access. In my experience I haven’t found anyone who tailors the little space experience quite like Miss Mummy does, with the ultimate goal being, to love and accept yourself. For example, we sometimes lead with a grounding technique to help get in the headspace. From there, Miss Mummy usually follows my lead in how I’m feeling while gently guiding me through the session. Sometimes we color, sometimes she shares lovely stories, or sometimes we just sit in the space and, be. Even though it’s an online session, Miss mummy allows for a profound connection in your session. You can truly tell the craft and empathy in her work, as it’s specialized just for you. The connection I’ve made in my sessions allow me to be a more confident person in my every day, as I’m able to just be unapologetically myself. I didn’t used to accept this different part of myself but after working with MM, I’ve been able to really accept and love myself, and this is all with standard camera sessions. With upmost respect and love, Miss Mummy is THE BEST for allowing you to learn to love yourself. For that, I’d give her the moon if I could.
