You want to have that experience, you decide to go for it, and perhaps a part of you remains slightly worried. You are not alone. It´s many ABDL who still struggle with that. Of course, not everyone of them, but this post is dedicated to those who doubt or struggle with their desires. I do deliver an experience of intense connection. Did you know that people who feel more connected to others have lower levels of anxiety and depression? Moreover, studies show they also have higher self-esteem, greater empathy for others, are more trusting and cooperative. That is great to experience! It will affect your body and your mind in a good way. Specially the bond that is created by touch, a special kind of touch. Touch is the first sense that is developed in a human embryo, and in the first few months of life, touch is essential for a baby’s development. Touch will make you produce hormones that will make you feel good (oxytocin, dopamine), and block your stress hormone (cortisol). By the way, oxytocin reduces heart disease risk. So yes, cuddling and eye gazing can have a very beneficial effect on you! Cuddling increases hormones that help fight infection. You will be boosting your immune system with it, and this is just the right time to do this. It can also help with pain relief, and difficult life situations of extreme stress.
HOWEVER... If you can´t do your usual daily life because your desire to be a baby or wear nappies or your thought about it interfere with it, if you can´t think about sex without thinking on nappies, if you find it is a coping mechanism about something more worrisome in your life, if you get very distressed if you can´t wear nappies or baby attire, if you feel you can´t operate your life without becoming a baby or you have trouble having relationships if they are not AB/DL...there might be an issue that you might want to have a closer look at.
IF NONE OF THE ABOVE PARRAGRAPH APPLIES... just think that You are not hurting anyone by it. Relax, get your paci and enjoy.
